At Checkout: A sign-up form will be included with your bill. Simply fill it out and hand it back to your server to join on the spot!

Q:Does it cost anything to join?
No—membership is completely free! It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and support.

Q: What do I get when I sign up?
You’ll receive a free drink as a welcome gift for joining the Arbor Society.

Member Perks

Q: What benefits do members get?

Welcome Drink: Enjoy a complimentary drink for signing up. Your welcome drink will be available for redemption 24 hours after signing up, no expiration date.
Rewards Program: Earn $20 in credit for every $100 spent.
Exclusive Access: Get early invitations to events, tastings, and new cocktail previews.
Birthday Bonus: Celebrate your birthday month with a free bonus drink, for redemption any day of your birthday month
Special Events: Priority, limited release invitations to sneak peeks of new cocktails, such as Beta Tasting events (e.g., intimate event where 15 VIP RSVPs can attend for $25).

Yes! Fill out the form linked in your birthday flyer, and we’ll help you plan a memorable celebration at Understory.

Q: How does the birthday promotion work?

Personalized Flyer: You will receive a personalized flyer two months before their birthday, to share across your socials and invite all your friends
Birthday Cheers: You will receive two free drinks for redemption at your Understory birthday event
Reserved: We will reserve a birthday table for you and your friends, complete with a complimentary cocktail and a sweet, surprise treat! Additional perks for large parties – email us for more at [email protected]
Birthday Shoutout & Song Request: Get a special shoutout from the DJ and request your favorite song to make your night extra memorable!

Earning & Redeeming Rewards

Q: How do I earn rewards?
You’ll automatically earn $20 in credit for every $100 spent at Understory Bar. Points are tracked in our system, so you don’t need to worry about keeping track.

Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
Simply mention your Arbor Society membership when paying, and our staff will apply your rewards at checkout, looking you up by email or phone number.

Q: Can I use rewards on anything?
Yes, rewards can be used toward food, drinks, or special events at Understory Bar.

Q: How are my rewards tracked?
Your credit card will be used to track your rewards points. If a different card is used, we can merge accounts using your email.

Special Events & Beta Tastings

Q: What is the Beta Sneak Peek Cocktail Tasting?
It’s an exclusive event for a limited number of Arbor Society members to preview and taste 4-6 new sample cocktails before they launch.

Q: When are these events held?
Our first Beta Tasting will take place in late February during happy hour. Keep an eye on your email for invitations and RSVP details!
